The minimum storage period is of one month.

Payments to be made in advance preferably by BACS details will be provided after acceptance, alternatively cheques made payable to “Clwyd Caravan Storage.” Sorry we do not accept card payments.

Terms and Conditions

a) Access to the site is dawn until dusk, 7 days a week. For delivery/collection a minimum of 12 hours notice should be given. For maintenance visits please phone/text 0788 772 4903 before leaving home.

b) All gas bottles to be removed from the vehicle or disconnected. No other noxious, dangerous, hazardous or explosive goods are permitted on site.

c) All personal effects and valuables must be removed from the vehicle, windows and doors to be remained locked during the period on site.

d) All vehicles must be insured and kept insured during the period of storage

e) No trading is permitted from the site and vehicles must not be offered for sale whilst on the site.

f) Vehicles must not be inhabited during the storage period.

g) No major repairs to be carried out on site. Minor repairs may be carried out with the permission of the proprietor.

h) The annual/monthly charge is payable in advance. Minimum charge of one month. No refunds given. The proprietor has the right to change the rental by giving due notice.

i) In the event of the storage fee being overdue the proprietor will retain possession of the vehicle until the arrears are settled in full or are otherwise discharged. The proprietor undertakes to notify the owner of possession by recorded delivery

j) In the event of a negative response to possession legal action will be taken to sell the vehicle via the Torts Interference with Goods Act 1977. The outstanding arrears will be deducted from the proceeds of the sale, as will any costs incurred. Any remaining balance will be retained to await collection. The proprietor will seek to obtain the best price available based on current market values.

k) The proprietor excludes all liability caused by vermin infestation. A recognised vermin control regime is in place and monitored regularly. All food remnants to be removed from the caravan prior to long periods of storage.  

I) In the performance of this contract of bailment the proprietor will at all times act with due diligence in providing secure storage.

m) The proprietor excludes all liability for loss or damage by whatever cause where the means employed are in excess of the duty of due diligence.

n) Please notify us in writing of any future changes.
