How the summer usually works
Book before exams finish
Everybody moves out in the same fortnight. Reserve the space while you are still revising, not on the day the tenancy ends.
Leave it locked
Your own padlock, your own key, insulated unit. Nobody goes in it but you.
Collect for the new term
Come and empty it whenever suits, between 7am and 7pm. The agreement is monthly rolling, so a late start does not cost you a whole extra term.
A small room, or share a bigger one
One person's belongings fit the small room, 50 to 60 sq ft, from £85 a month. Share the large room, 100 to 130 sq ft from £100 a month, between three or four of you and it works out less each than taking a room apiece, which is what most house shares end up doing.
