Winter caravan storage
The van comes off the drive in October and goes back on in spring. We store touring caravans, motorhomes and boats through the winter months on a monthly or a yearly agreement.
How winter storage works here
Ring before October
Space goes early, because the people who had it last year usually take it again. Ring in late summer rather than in the first cold week, and we will quote for the van.
Leave it with us
It sits indoors or on hardstanding behind barriers and cameras, on a site with people living on it through the quiet months.
Collect and go
Book an arrival slot and it is out and facing the right way. There is an air compressor and a pressure washer on site before you set off.
Indoor if you can get it
Outdoor hardstanding is secure and usually available. Indoor space is limited and worth asking about early, because a winter under cover is what keeps damp out of seals and UV off decals.

Before you lay it up
- Drain the water system and leave taps open
- Take the leisure battery home and keep it on a conditioner
- Leave roof vents open for airflow
- Move it off the drive before the first frost, not after
- Book the collection slot when you book the holiday
